19th-23rd MARCH 2018

Don Hanson is returning to one of his favorite workshop spots in the world during his Asia 2018 workshop circuit: Dragon Fly Village in the lush green hills and rice fields in Bali. This is truly a magical, beautiful place where we are so warmly welcome by our host Pei who created this retreat destination. Cathy will be our sponsor here.

This five day intensive with Don is an immersion in the stunning surrounding nature, a time to go really deep into connection with each other and the divine. We plan to create a retreat environment and request that all attendees stay at Dragon Fly where the accommodation is of an excellent standard and the food served is some of the best in town.

Each year Don discounts the cost of his trainings in Asia so that folks have an opportunity to travel and take part in this work. School of TCM credits will be applicable to these trainings. See Don’s website for more info on Certification in TCM.

***All bookings for accommodation & payment and transport from airport must be made directly to Dragon Fly at home@dragonfly-village.com ***
The retreat is 700 meters off the main road so it is important to arrange transport directly, there is a small additional charge for transfers.

There is only one airport in Bali, Denpensar airport and it is location 1hour drive from Ubud. Dragon Fly Village can arrange an airport pick up for you at a fairly inexpensive rate. The last 700 meters of the ride will be on a motor bike taxi through the rice fields...very beautiful!
Air Asia is a low cost airline that serves all major Asian cities to Bali (DPS) but there are also many others like Jet Star, Malindo and Tiger Air. Check your visa requirements specific to your passport but most nationalities can get 30 free visa on arrival.

HEALTH: This is a tropical island and can be quite hot in March during the day. However Ubud is at a high altitude so cooler than most places on the island. Mosquitos can occasionally be an issue for some and everyone should take care to protect themselves as Dengue Fever which has been known to strike the island at times. No need to get freaked out, just be sensible.

UBUD: The town of Ubud, (a short walk from the retreat centre) in the uplands of Bali, Indonesia, is known as a center for traditional crafts and dance. The surrounding Ubud District’s rainforest and terraced rice paddies, dotted with Hindu temples and shrines, are among Bali’s most famous landscapes. This is a great town for food, shopping, arts and crafts and has become the fastest growing centre for yoga, dance and the healing arts in general in south Asia.
